Online
Once you have reached the ‘Payment’ stage at online checkout, select whether you have a gift card or exchange card, enter the card number in the space provided, and select ‘REDEEM’. Your gift/exchange card value will be automatically applied to your order.
In-store

Please allow 24 hours for card to be activated. Redeemable on merchandise (excluding gift card purchases) at Forever New stores in Australia or online at forevernew.com.au. This card is not redeemable for cash, not refundable, not re-loadable and is not a negotiable instrument. No change given. Unused balance will not be refunded after card expiry. This card should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be refunded or replaced. Not valid in department stores or any other website. Gift card has no value until activated.
